THEMIS was first introduced in 1999 when we built our first forensic Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to replace a system nearing the end of its life in a California County Sheriff's Office Crime Lab. Themis Property Manages law enforcement agencies property and evidence inventory. It allows for property and evidence to be managed via bar codes and supports complete Chain of Custody (COC) from receipt to final disposition
